Vegas Experience Itinerary (4 Days / 3 Nights)
Day 1 – Arrival (Oct 23rd)
- (All cast members get to airport and are moved to the resort)
- Food & Drinks | Media Interview (Scenes 1 & 2)
- Meet & Greet | Performance (Scenes 3 & 4)
- Evening Stroll (Vegas) (Scene 5)
Day 2 – Brand & Business Focus (Oct 24)
- Morning Workout & Meditation (Scenes 6 & 7)
- Massage | Spa Treatment (Scene 8)
- Brunch / Lunch Reception (Scene 9)
- Workshop (Scene 10)
- Mall Activation | In Front of Consumers (Scene 11)
- RTP Experience: Content Creator Event (Scenes 12 & 13)
Day 3 – Content Deep Dive (Oct 25)
- Complexcon installation and networking
- Time for all cast members to shoot independent content
- Ray Vaughn (TDE) concert and party for cast. Staff, and public
- Wrap up production
Day 4 - Leave Vegas (Oct 26)Cast members are taken to airport to return home, Production staff cleans up used areas and checks all equipment. Staff returns home. Production team stays in Vegas, takes off 24-48 hours before editing full film in Vegas until Oct 31st.

- Reserve Your Spot with a Non-Refundable Deposit (applied toward total)
- Payment Plan Available:
- Plan #1 - $500 down, $500 by Oct 23rd (latest Oct 27th)
- Plan #2 - $350 deposit, $400 on or before Oct 17th, $250 no later than Oct 27th
- Late Fee Policy: A one time $150 fee (plus remaining expenses) will be accessed to any cast member who has not finished paying their investment amount. Cast members will be given until Nov 4th, 205 to complete all payments or they will be barred from future productions and will not receive their post-production strategy benefit.
