All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed or a service has been initiated.By purchasing from HODB, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed digital services, media production, memberships, custom merchandise, interviews, content distribution, or promotional campaigns.
  • Custom and limited-edition items, including numbered collectibles and apparel, are non-returnable.
  • Deposits, booking fees, and promotional fees are non-refundable.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing their purchase.
